What are the access hours?
Access your unit 7 days a week between 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
What are the office hours?
Monday through Friday between 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Am I required to store long-term?
You’re never required to store long-term at Safe and Secure Storage. We offer flexible month-to-month leases.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
All you need is a valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID.
What types of parking do you offer?
We offer indoor and outdoor parking. Indoor parking is ideal if you plan to store long-term since it helps protect your RV, vehicle or boat from weather damage. Our outdoor parking is more affordable and also secure inside of our fully fenced and gated facility.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Tenants are never allowed to store stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, plants or animals. Contact us if you have a question about a specific item.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card.
